Tornare a riascoltare e rimaneggiare queste tracce è una sfida. Un piacere, questo è sicuro, ma anche una sfida. Era il 2011, avevo vent'anni e il mio percorso musicale attraversava una fase di sperimentazione generata dal dubbio. Guardavo le pareti limitanti del genere slowstyle e della dance, e mi chiedevo se fosse possibile superarli, arrampicandomi sugli schemi prestabiliti per saltare dall'altra parte. Così era nato Der Suchende EP, piccolo disco-esperimento crepuscolare di sei brani, di cui due soli dotati di cassa, basso e melodia, e una sola veramente importante: Change. Cambiamento.

Da Der Suchende EP in poi sono diventato un cercatore, influenzato dal Siddharta di Herman Hesse. Uno sperimentatore che non voleva abbandonare totalmente le regole della musica slowstyle ma voleva giocarci, riverberando le emozioni e sconfiggendo i filtri, per raggiungere un'estetica sonora che riuscisse a raccontare un processo di cambiamento.

E si sa... chi cerca trova. Mi sono arrampicato fino in cima, ho visto il panorama... e poi ho fatto un salto. Caduta libera.
Free Fall EP è il disco della caduta libera: sette tracce di libertà totale e sperimentazione, in cui ho concentrato tutte le mie ispirazioni e le mie idee.

Dopo sette anni dalla sua pubblicazione, Free Fall EP torna in un'edizione rimaneggiata e ampliata, con ben SETTE tracce bonus.
Oltre a Paradiso, già inserita come bonus track nella release originale, ho incluso un remix di Orizzonti Persi e cinque brani che forse non avete mai ascoltato prima, ma fanno sempre parte di quel meraviglioso gioco che è il comporre senza limiti.

Listening again to these tracks is a challenge. A pleasure, that's for sure, but also a challenge. It was 2011, I was 20 and my musical route was was going through a phase of experimentation generated by doubt. I looked at the limiting walls of the slowstyle and dance genre, and I wondered if it was possible to overcome them, climbing the established patterns to jump to the other side. This is how Der Suchende EP was born, a small crepuscular experiment of six songs, two of which only featuring kick, bass and melody, and one truly important: Change.

From Der Suchende EP onwards I became a seeker, influenced by Herman Hesse's Siddhartha. An experimenter who did not want to totally abandon the rules of slowstyle music but wanted to play with them, reverberating the emotions and defeating the filters, to achieve a sound aesthetic that could tell a process of change.

And you know ... those who seek find. I climbed to the top, saw the view ... and then I jumped. Free fall.
Free Fall EP is composed of seven tracks of total freedom and experimentation, in which I concentrated all my inspirations and ideas.

Seven years after its release, Free Fall EP returns in a reworked and expanded edition, with SEVEN bonus tracks.
In addition to Paradiso, already included as a bonus track in the original release, I have included a remix of Orizzonti Persi and five tracks that you may have never heard before, but they are always part of that wonderful game which is making music with no limits.
